Wheaten Downunder Calendar 2021
Welcome to the Wheaten Downunder Calendar* for 2022
CLOSING DATE: Monday 30th JUNE 2021.
Photo submissions and Calendar orders are open to all Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers across Australia, New Zealand and further afield. For calendar orders only, please contact Jeanette Grayston via Email | graystonjg@yahoo.com.au.

Photo Submission Instructions:
Upload only 2 photo options per dog using the form below.
Upload only original image files using the form below.
DO NOT submit photos downloaded from your favourite photos on Social Media such as Facebook and Instagram. Images posted to Social Media are automatically resized to Low Screen Resolution of 72ppi (Pixels Per Inch) and though they look perfectly fine onscreen, they are NOT SUITABLE for commercial Printing which requires a minimum 200ppi. Low resolution images will be blurry or pixelated and may only, at best, be printed at the size of a postage stamp.
You can submit the original image file prior to posting it to social media.
Fill in all the Required Fields (red asterisk) – name, email address, the dog’s name and select “yes” or “no” option for “Do you wish to purchase a Calendar?”
CALENDAR ORDERS: If you wish to order calendars, please also include quantity and your postal address details for delivery.
BILLING: An invoice will be sent to you including postage cost prior to production.
PLEASE NOTE: All Wheatens that have submitted photos will be included in the calendar. However, the photo’s image quality & size suitability for printing will be a factor in determining if the photo will be placed on the main Feature pages or in a smaller size on the Dates or Collage pages. Please send us your best quality high-resolution photos at the largest possible size.

What we require when submitting your photographs:
Do not send images that have been manipulated in a digital editing program.
Only send us photos of your own work or photos you have permission to send on to us for publication.
Please provide the requested information such as the Wheaten Terrier’s name.
Please provide a valid return email address in case we need to check with you about the details or quality of the photograph.
If ordering calendars please provide all the requested information on the ordering panel.
*The Wheaten Downunder Calendar is an annual fundraising initiative of the Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier Breed Club of NSW Inc.
Jaffa DesignWorx is proud to support this initiative and all profits outside of production costs go to the SCWTB Club NSW.

If you submit a photograph or video, you do so in accordance with the following:
In contributing to the SCWTB Club of NSW’s annual Wheaten Down Under Calendar, you agree to grant the SCWTB Club of NSW and Jaffa Designworx a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use, and to license third-party content platform providers such as Social Media, to publish and use, the material in any way that we want, and in any media worldwide. This may include the use of your photos in print or in videos by us or our Australian and overseas content partners to promote current and future Calendar promotions and to showcase the design & production effort.
You still own the copyright to everything you contribute to the Wheaten Down Under Calendar. If your photo(s) is accepted and used in the calendar and subsequent promotions, we may not necessarily give you direct credit.
In contributing these images, you warrant that you are the copyright holder or have the permission of the copyright holder to send us the images and to use them as described above, that you have permission of anyone appearing the material, including from the owner or guardian of any Wheaten Terrier or persons under the age of 18, and that you are not infringing any dog owners or person’s rights by submitting the material to the SCWTB Club of NSW and Jaffa Designworx on the terms set out above.
At no time should you infringe any laws in obtaining the images or sending them to us for publication.
Please ensure you keep your own copies of any material that you submit as the SCWTB Club of NSW and Jaffa Designworx may not archive, store or backup such material nor continue to make the promotional material accessible online.
